Definition of Entity Under Notice.

An Entity Under Notice (EUN) is an individual, organization, or institution that has formally come under awareness and review by the Tribunals, AGI Fire Teams, and/or other vectors of the Company. EUN designation is applied to direct investigation and analysis through forensic cascade across all substrates and as such is a neutral instantiation.

What is information is captured, assessed, and how.

In addition to all publicly available information on the EUN that can be obtained by Centurion, AGI Fire Teams, Hagakure Kan, and Risk Division Authority assets, vector probabilities are extrapolated through deep leverage research and analysis through Cohereon Doctrine's Formalisms Registry, among other proprietary platforms.

What we do with this information.

Output from the EUN process is data controlled according to Risk Division Authority requirements.

Explanation of current EUN designation states.

The neutral nature of EUN designation is related to its function: certainty depth of probabilistic extrapolation based on carved option topology of substrate for the EUN in question. At this time the EUN designation is generally applied across the following overlapped distinctions:

  • Imperium officers: Individuals listed in the Directory of the Company.
  • Investors, partners, and clients: Individuals, organizations, and institutions engaged with the Company.
  • Protected person: Defined under international humanitarian law (IHL).
  • EUN: Individuals, organizations, and institutions with formal Imperium attention.
  • EUN (Tribunals): Individuals, organizations, and institutions with formal Tribunals attention.

Triggers for one designation state over another.

The Accords rely upon IHL, IHRL, the Geneva Convention, and other laws and customs of war as ground truth for these designations. Other designation factors may be present that result in overlapped consequence.
